LORAIN FAMILY SAYS NEIGHBOR PLAYED RACIST MUSIC AND MADE KKK THREATS

LORAIN, Ohio — A Black family in Lorain says they have been subjected to repeated racial harassment by a neighbor who allegedly played racist music containing racial slurs and references to the Ku Klux Klan while they were outside their home.
According to the family, the neighbor played the song “Quit Your Bitchin’ [N-word]” by Johnny Rebel while family members, including young children, were outside. They allege the music was intentionally played while children were cooling off in a backyard pool.
The family also claims the neighbor made statements suggesting that the Ku Klux Klan would “come calling,” leaving them concerned for their safety.
Video of the alleged incident has circulated widely on social media, prompting condemnation and renewed conversations about racial intimidation and harassment. Urban Updatez has not independently verified all of the allegations presented in the video.
Authorities have not publicly announced whether criminal charges have been filed or whether an investigation into the reported incident is underway.
