RAPPER LIL TOONK ARRESTED OUTSIDE GEORGIA CLUB ON HOMICIDE WARRANT
LAMAR COUNTY, Georgia — A Georgia rapper was arrested Saturday night outside a Lamar County nightclub on an outstanding homicide warrant issued in Fulton County, authorities said.
According to the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office, Tavorian Lindsey, who performs under the name Lil Toonk, was taken into custody with assistance from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Brad White said Lindsey was arrested on Crawford Road near Club Rendezvous, where he had been scheduled to perform.
Authorities said the arrest was made in connection with an outstanding Fulton County homicide warrant. Additional details about the homicide investigation or the circumstances surrounding the warrant have not yet been released.
Lindsey remains in custody as the case proceeds.
